Daily juice report - scoring an epl goal before he can vote

Good afternoon everyone, it’s that time of day - the Daily Juice Report.

“Kicking” us off we have the headliner, the record for youngest player to score a goal in the English Premier League was broke. Max Dowman, at 16 years and 73 days old, scored a goal for Arsenal - putting them up 2-0 against Everton. Securing 3 points for the top club in England before you can even legally vote is one of the most insane concepts. Subbed on for Zubimendi in the 74’, he held down the midfield until Gyokeres gave the Gunners the lead in the 89’. Dowman went on to net his goal in the 97’, securing the victory for the North London club. It may have been an empty net (Pickford was in the opposing box on a set piece as a last-ditch effort), but the young lad deserved it with the hustle he showed to carry the ball up field. I’m super intrigued to see where this young man’s future will take him, but an incredible feature today. Have a day, Dowman!

Moving on to American football, we see the New York Giants sign Darnell Mooney on a 1-year contract worth $10 million. I have to say I absolutely LOVE this move by the Giants. An explosive young wideout will be awesome for Dart’s development and the Giants ability to quickly push the ball into opposing territory. New York’s roster is young, athletic, and hungry - a promising future on the horizon. I also have to mention that they have made some good moves during Free Agency, signing WR Calvin Austin on a 1-year $4.5 million deal. They also recently picked up TE Isaiah Likely on a 3-year $40 million contract as well - adding more to this developing squad. Those are some good options with longevity, and I’m excited to see how the Giants move forward.

March Madness is (almost) here and we can definitely tell… I swear something in the air changes when college basketball is played in the month of March. Did you catch the end of the Dayton/St. Louis game? Back and-forth daggers finishing with an upset… Or how about Lendeborg hitting the game-winning three for Michigan to take down Wisconsin? Or Vanderbilt pulling a double-digit upset on No.1 Florida… The list goes on-and-on, and it will only get worse come the tournament. My best advice… stay off the books.

Anthony Edwards also dropped 42 points last night, as the Timberwolves cruised past the Warriors 127-117. It’s not crazy, especially after Bam’s 83 and Luka’s 51, but it is his tenth 40+ point game of the season which is pretty incredible stuff. The Timberwolves did a great job developing his talent, even if they can’t control the number of women he gets pregnant off the court.

Lastly, some grim news for Maple Leaf’s fans. Auston Matthews is out for the remainder of the NHL season with an MCL tear after the hit he took in their game vs. the Ducks recently. He was wide-open in front of the net when Anaheim defender, Radko Gudas game in with a knee-on-knee blow to the star forward. Matthews went down instantly and got off the ice, now out for the rest of their 2026 campaign. The 5-game suspension they issued Gudas is absolute bullshit, and I think everyone knows it. If ended a star players season is only worth 5 games, then how the fuck are other players to be convinced not to land blows like that. Also, it was to save a single goal in a game that was honestly already decided. That’s a serious disregard for other players, and honestly it should be a half season or a serious fine. That’s one of the league’s best, you knew what you were doing.

Gudas is a pussy.
